My goal is to offer a sanctuary that allows the body to speak. By listening, the body’s its innate healing abilities are facilitated.
My journey started as a child playing many sports, overcoming injuries, and feeling how physical limitations my mental health.
Studying Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, Massage Therapy at Sutherland-Chan, and Osteopathy at Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy has taught me that learning about the body is one of the most important things a person can do. My goal is to share what I’ve learned to create a curiosity and understanding that you can take home.
